Origen: Africa tropical

The Cola tree belongs to the Sterculia family, one of nearly 200 species.  It produces a nutmeg type fruit, which is extracted to produce carbonated cola soft drinks.  It has a high caffeine content (up to 5%).  In Africa, the seeds of the fruit are worn as a tradition.
