Origin: Amazon (Brazil & Peru), South America

Also belonging to the Eugenia family, the Araza fruit can be used in drinks, eaten as fruit or as a jelly.  It has a pale yellow/orange spherical appearance.  The soft fruit has excellent organic properties, awarding taste and aromatic characteristics.  It contains proteins, carbohydrates and fibre, as well as a considerable content of vitamins and minerals.
